Old School Duel Arena!

As the festivities continue, no doubt everyone will fancy a brawl, well here's your chance to prove yourself!



This weekend, RuneHQ will be visiting the swelteringly hot deserts of Al-Kharid for a friendly get together, more prominently, the duel arena where players can fight each other one-on-one for honour or for stakes!



This event will be an excellent opportunity to meet and greet some of your RuneHQ colleagues! But, there's a twist! In this event, we pay homage to the old school servers, so we hope you still remember how to kill others with a DDS!

Wilderness Iron Wars!

Show your passion, by dressing in Iron Armour, and joining a bloodbath of combat in high level wilderness, rending other combatant's limbs, stealing their loot, and die just to respawn and do it all again!



The wilderness, an area desecrated by Zamorak in the early stages of the Godwars, is the perfect battle ground for adventurers to test their strength. Be warned however, the wilderness is a dangerous area, and all of your items will be lost on death regardless of whether you attacked another player or not!

Saradomin Godwars!

The sixth age really seems to be taking its part in Geilinor, but we wonder what sort of historical events happened way back in the fifth age! The Godwars started around the beginning of the third age, and ended on the year 4000 of the third age, yet there are still zealots taking part in this historical event, doing their part to claim historical prizes! Grab your gear, the ancient battle of the gods still has its participants in a deep, and rather chilly dungeon north of Trollheim, where many Saradominists, Zamorakians, Bandos followers, and Armadyl followers clash in a huge war that never seems to end! Let's take a visit over to Zilyana, the commander of the Saradomin camp, as we team against her in a battle and aim for the stolen weapons of Armadyl, and the super valuable Saradomin Hilt!

RuneHQ's Birthday Parade!

Since the creation of Runescape, many players have been searching for places to get information about the game. As some of you recall when you were doing that difficult Dragon slayer quest, you needed help on what items you would need and step-by-step guides on how to complete the quests.



RuneHQ was born in 2003, and this month marks it's 10th anniversary, that's an entire decade of RuneHQ supporting the players of Runescape through the good and the bad. So this month as we mark our place in history as one of the longest running and most successful fan sites, we're going to give back to you the players, with an entire month of daily in-game events and parties!



Each week will be a different theme, we'll have a week of partying, a week of bossing, a week of skilling, and mini-games galore!



Everybody loves parades, who doesn't? We're starting of our party with a bang! A huge parade that trails across Gielinor and everyone is invited to join!

Fist of Guthix!

Just north of Falador, a deep and dark cave is home to many different types of games that test your mind, and skill. To the east of the cave is the ancient cave called the Fist of Guthix. There is an ancient Guthixian cave which allows players to participate in a grand duel to win many different rewards that include upgrades for certain weapons, and armor. To keep the balance of the cave, once you enter you will be either the hunter...or the hunted. The goal for the hunter is to kill their prey, and for the hunted? Stay alive.

Stealing Creation!

Hidden inside a grotto that lies to the North of Falador is a paradise for all Gamers. The Gamer's Grotto! Here you will find an assortment of exciting mini-games to play. Our focus on Saturday will be Stealing Creation. This game divides players up into teams, and the objective of the game is to collect, kill, and steal. You collect clay, use it to create things to kill members of the opposing team with, and steal more clay from the opposing team. The winning team will be the one that has scored the most points (points come from collecting and killing). Both teams will receive Stealing Creation points at the end of a game. These points can be used in exchange for weapons and tools that double xp gained in certain skills for certain actions.

Dagannoth Kings!

Waterbirth Island is home to many dangerous things hidden deep within it's depths. Of its many dangers, the island's most terrifying dangers are the sovereigns of the dagannoth race, the Dagannoth Kings. The kings (Dagannoth Rex, Dagannoth Prime, and Dagannoth Supreme) are very strong, and each attacks with its own section of the combat triangle. Find these kings within the island's dungeon and fight them to acquire some glorious loot. Dethrone the kings for a chance at one of their Fremennik Rings. Also, the kings may leave behind the adept lumberjack's best friend, the dragon hatchet.
