Lumbridge Rebuildathon and Well of Goodwill!

Gods have departed but the mess they created is still here and needs to be cleared. So the good people of Lumbridge have started Lumbridge Rebuildathon to cope with all that. Join in and get free apron!

There is another good initiative going which spills from Runescape over to real world. Donate your Runescape riches to real-life charities via the Well of Goodwill!

House Party!

It's coming to the end of the month, and soon our partying and fun will be over, but that doesn't mean that the parties will be less exciting, right?

Castle Wars!

An arena in the middle of the Feldip Hills, where great warriors fight to the death to try to win the battle for their God. This place is called...Castle Wars. One of the most played minigames in all of RuneScape, and also one of the most popular. In this minigame, you must capture your enemies' flag to win the game. But beware, for your opposing team won't let you do it that easily!

Gnomeball has always been an awesome way to incorporate teamwork in your Runescape career, fight against a team of hardened Gnomes who will push and tackle you to the ground in order to steal the ball from you. It's also an excellent way to train up your agility if you haven't done so yet!

RuneHQ at RuneFest

While we haven't made it well-known yet, RuneHQ will be at RuneFest again this year! There are three staff members attending this year:

• James Rhodes (RS) / James (HQ) - Events Manager

It shouldn't be terribly difficult to find us because we'll be in a unique RuneHQ t-shirt (pictures of it coming soon). Feel free to bombard us with any questions, comments, or suggestions about the site or even just to say hi - because, well... we are real people too!

This year we have our booth time from approximately 1pm - 2pm. It should be located near the CM booth. Be sure to come find us for some free goodies! At around 1:30pm, we will also be showing off two new features we have been working on for the site that have yet to be released. Make sure to pop over for that exclusive sneak peak.

We'll also be displaying some artwork from a few of RuneHQ's artists. This artwork has been created exclusively for us at this event! More information on that after RuneFest.

If you have any questions you would like us to ask Jagex while we're over there, be sure to register an account on the RuneHQ Forums and post in the RuneFest JMod Questions topic. Make sure to follow the guidelines listed in the first post, and we'll do our best to make sure it gets asked. No promises on a serious answer, though! The forums are also the best place to stay up to date on what RuneHQ is doing at RuneFest this year.

Pest Control!

Far out in the sea lies a island occupied by the Void Knights who fight to keep balance by boarding ships which take them to their outpost where the pests raid. Are you brave enough to board these ships and aid the Void Knights in their fight against the pests to keep the balance? Those who defend the Void Knight at their outpost and destroy the portals that the pests come from will get rewarded with commendations which can be spent on experience to help make you stronger, packs for herblore, mining and farming, charms to summon the very creatures you fought at the Void Knight's outpost, and the very equipment that the Void Knights use.

Fist of Guthix!

Inside the Gamer's Grotto is an area called Fist of Guthix. The guardian of Fist of Guthix, Fiara maintains the balance and teaches players how to enter the Fist of Guthix, and come out victorious. Once you enter, you are either the hunter or the hunted. The goal if you are being hunted - stay alive. If you are the hunter, to kill your prey. The victors of their rounds will gain tokens which they can spend on gear upgrades for many different types of armour.

Fishing Trawler!

Hidden deep beneath the waters off the shore of Port Khazard, lies a treasure trove of sea life. The only way to acquire some of these glorious specimens that make their home there is to journey on a specially equipped boat called a fishing trawler to catch them. However, these fishing trawlers aren't very seaworthy and shall be in constant need of repair. So while the fishing trawlers are doing their thing, we shall be repairing these crude vessels. Hopefully we'll be able to keep them afloat long enough to bring them back to shore. If we're successful, we'll return home with an impressive haul of fish. However, if we fail, we might just end up swimming with the fishes.
