Somewhere deep in the wilderness, directly west of the lava maze, lives a great black dragon. Wait.. It has 3 heads? Oh my! It's the King Black Dragon! This deadly dragon has killed many of our folks of Gielinor. We must avenge those who have fallen to this beast. Runespan!

In a very large area up in the sky, is a place called Runespan. Here, you can get a ton of Runecrafting xp along with some pretty cool rewards. To get there, you have to go to the highest point of the wizards tower and take any of the two portals open, either the low level portal or the high level portal. Castle Wars!

In the Feldip Hills, a huge arena stand where players fight to the death in a game of capture the flag. Once you enter the lobby, you must chose wether you wish to support the god of chaos, Zamorak or the god of order, Saradomin. Once you enter the arena you choose if you want to be defensive player and protect your flag or an offensive player and try to bring back your opponents flag. If you win the game, then you may be awarded with tickets that can be used to buy halos from the Gods, potions or special armour.

Corporeal Beast!

Deep in the wilderness, lays a cave hosting one of the most brutal creatures to ever graze the realm of Runescape. What is this horrid monster that takes residence in such a vile place? Well, some of you keen adventurers may remember having to fend off the Spirit Beast from the Spirit World in the quests Spirit of Summer and Summer’s End. Well, now, that same creature is back but in a more corporeal manifestation. That’s right; this creature is none other than the ferocious Corporeal Beast. With a combat level of 210 and the tenacity to destroy both the Spirit World and Gielinor, the Corporeal Beast will be one formidable opponent to annihilate.



Regardless, let’s remove this threat from Gielinor.

Stealing Creation!

Just north of Falador, is a dark cave that holds many games. One of these games involves being brung to a different realm in which clay is gathered from many different types of resources. The team that gathers the most clay wins. With the clay you can make many different items that can help you gather resources faster, build barriers to keep the enemy team out or weapons to slay any opponents that face you to steal their clay. With the points you are awarded for winning or losing, you can buy special equipment that when used gives bonus xp.

Mobilising Armies!

Since the early ages of RuneScape, when the God Wars raged across Gielinor, vast armies were deployed across the landscape in order to seize control of areas and gain resources. Generals of those God factions would always tactically plan their next moves, sending forth regiments of creatures to do battle, cause diversions, and overall conquer the land.



Mobilising Armies is a practice of your tactical war skills, using armies of Dwarves, Elves, and Goblins to dispatch of your enemies. These work in a combat triangle, where one race will topple another, and where using light armor may give you a speedy advantage over your heavier foes!



Earn your ranks within Mobilising Armies, gaining titles, attire and imbuements on combat rings!

RuneHQ at RuneFest Update

Since the last RuneFest post, we have now received all of the items we will be needing. To those of you attending, it will definitely be worth your while to come find us at the Fansite booth during our allotted time of 1pm - 2pm. If you remember our wizards from last year, we have something equally awesome again this year!
