RuneHQ Event - Castle Wars

Cheers and jeers can be heard from the walls of a siege as onlooking spectators, alchemists and more bear witness to a glorious bloody battle that lays waste before them.



Two opposing forces, placing their allegiance to their Gods, fight each other in order to claim the other's pride and return it home to their pious fortresses. Players Choose between their God, Zamorak and Saradomin, and compete in battle to capture their opposing God's flag.



Should you be successful, you will be rewarded with Tickets that will enable you to purchase Armour that boosts your strength in Castle Wars, as well as useful items that show your faith to the battles that wage inside those fortress walls, such as the Faithful Shield and a Halo of your God.

London marathon runner raises £727,000

This is the amazing story of a woman who died running the London marathon last weekend. She had aimed to raise just £500 for the charity Samaritans but collapsed during the run. After she died a lot of people from around the world continued to donate money to the Samaritans via her page and the total quickly went up from £500 to £727,000.


This really does show how the better side of humanity.

[Apr 17 and 18] RuneHQ Maintenance

Starting in the next few hours, we will be doing some maintenance work on some of the systems that our staff use to bring you the latest and greatest information. Due to the nature of this work, there may be brief periods of time tonight where images are not displaying properly. We will limit this as much as possible, but please bear with us as this process is necessary to help our staff continue to bring you the information you all seek.

Tomorrow evening the forums will be down for a short period of time as we upgrade them to the latest software version. Once again, we are aiming to keep this to a minimum! When the forums are brought back up, you hopefully won't notice too many changes! Most of the upgrades this time around deal with moderator and admin functionality.
